Marci Lizerbram, a visionary with a Bachelor's degree in Retail & Consumer Sciences and a minor in business from the University of Arizona, brings her exceptional flair for fashion merchandising to our salon boutique. Her keen eye for curating a collection of fashionable accessories enhances the overall salon experience for our valued customers. Together, they lead our salon with style and expertise, ensuring an unforgettable and luxurious journey for all.
Alli, raised in Encinitas, loves to spend time on the beaches of Del Mar soaking up the sun. She is a wife & mom first & foremost but has a passion for all things beauty, design, adventure & MOST importantly, food! Alli helps manage 2 hair salons with her husband Jean Claude. Before the salons, she spent 12 years on Cedros Avenue in Solana Beach buying, merchandising, and selling at a home furnishing & accessories store.
Allyson Davis was born and raised in Carmel Valley. Ally has been in the hair industry for 7 years now and is a Certified Blonde Specialist and an expert with hair Extensions. She is knowledgable with tape-ins, iTip and keratin bonding extensions. She is also an authority on ColorCounter’s luxurious Oribe products, so she can help you identify the most beneficial Oribe applications to preserve the health of your hair. She has invested in herself to go to as many classes and trainings to ensure that she can give her clients the best of the best, while still growing within the industry!

I also love doing men & women haircuts. I worked at a barber shop before joining the ColorCounter team so I specialize in short hair cuts. My priority for my clients is hair integrity and enhancing it’s natural beauty. I love to teach my clients how to love their hair and recreate the style when they’re at home!

Shortly into my makeup artist career, I discovered my love for hair. I received my cosmetology license in 2010 and worked in Hollywood for many years. I’ve been doing hair for 12 years and I specialize in precision cutting, coloring, and styling. I love my work, clients, & amazing salon! I feel so honored to be apart of the ColorCounter team!
